At the beginning of December 1987 the TOY GALLERY Zurich was opened as a store for ancient metal toys. In more than 20 years we had the opportunity to meet with countless collectors (like count Giansanti Coluzzi or the “railway king” Louis Bommer); the majority comes from all around the world from the USA to Brazil, from Holland to New Zealand. Innumerable fascinating toys went over the counter to be put in a showcase for pleasing the enthusiastic collector.

We are specialized on metal cars (emphasis 1895-1939), motorcycles, airplanes & zeppelins, ships, railways, figurative toys such as Lehmann, hand painted old figures such as Günthermann, rare Schuco dance figures (Vorkrieg).

Above all you’ll find rarities and selected pieces in very good condition at our store. We put weight on personal consultation and are in contact with our regular customers, in order to offer to them the missing toys for their collection.

Because we often visit our costumers, we are opening the store only on agreement. We ask you therefore to call us before a visit to arrange a date.

We are interested at any time to purchase (or exchange) good unique pieces or whole collections.
